3 Ingredient Chia Strawberry Jam

We just can't get enough of this amazing chia strawberry jam recipe, with extra prebiotic fiber from chia and just the right amount of sweetness? ⁠And did we mention it only requires three ingredients? 

🍓2 tbsp Mamma Chia Organic Chia Seeds⁠
🍓2 cups of strawberries⁠
🍓1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice⁠
🍯1-2 tsp honey to taste⁠ (optional)

To Prepare:

1) Heat strawberries on medium to high heat in a small saucepan until they start to soften and break down⁠.

2) Use a spoon or potato masher to further break down the strawberries until they come to a jam-like consistency⁠.

3) Add in chia seeds and lemon juice, mix well⁠. Turn off heat and let cool for ~5 minutes (it will thicken)⁠. ⁠ 

4) Store in airtight container in the fridge for up to a week - or freeze for later use!
