This deliciously simple chia pudding is truly the best gift you can give yourself! It's packed with essential Omega-3, prebiotic fiber, plant protein and best of all, sprinkles!
Ingredients:
- 3 cups milk of choice
- 2/3 cup Mamma Chia Organic Chia Seeds
- 2 teaspoons organic vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon organic cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 scoop vanilla plant-protein powder (we like KOS)
- 2 tablespoons organic agave nectar (we like Wholesome) or your favorite sweetener to taste
- Sprinkles (for topping)
Directions:
- Whisk all ingredients together and transfer to small serving bowls. Chill for at least 1 hour. Top with sprinkles and enjoy! Makes four servings.
