Birthday Cake Chia Pudding

Hip hip hooray! Today is Mamma Chia's 13th Birthday and we’re celebrating this magical day by revisiting one of our all-time favorite recipes: Birthday Cake Chia Pudding!

This deliciously simple chia pudding is truly the best gift you can give yourself! It's packed with essential Omega-3, prebiotic fiber, plant protein and best of all, sprinkles! 

 

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups milk of choice
  • 2/3 cup Mamma Chia Organic Chia Seeds
  • 2 teaspoons organic vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon organic cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant-protein powder (we like KOS)
  • 2 tablespoons organic agave nectar (we like Wholesome) or your favorite sweetener to taste
  • Sprinkles (for topping)

Directions:

  • Whisk all ingredients together and transfer to small serving bowls. Chill for at least 1 hour. Top with sprinkles and enjoy! Makes four servings.
