Janie’s Perfect Chia Pudding Recipe
Whether it's a quick breakfast or a nourishing desert, there's no denying that chia pudding is the ultimate satisfying treat! Our very own Founder & CEO Janie Hoffman shares her step-by-step guide to crafting the perfect Chia Vitality Pudding!
- 3 cups plant-based milk
- 2/3 cup Mamma Chia organic chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons organic vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon organic cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons organic maple syrup or your favorite sweetener to taste
- Whisk all ingredients together and transfer to small serving bowls. Chill for at least 1 hour. This pudding is delicious topped with fresh berries. Makes four servings.
