Meal Prepping with Chia Pudding Mix
A little chia meal prep ensures we’re never running on empty during the week. Did you know each bag of Mamma Chia Organic Chia Pudding Mix can be used to prepare 6 individual servings? It's perfect for batching a work or school-week’s worth of breakfasts, or a combination of convenient mid-day meals or guilt-free treats.
We recommend preparing the entire bag to ensure best results as ingredients may settle inside. Once the full batch is whisked and prepared, either after a few hours in the fridge or overnight, the full batch can easily be divided into separate containers in different ways and stored in the fridge to enjoy throughout the week! When kept refrigerated, we guarantee fresh, delicious-tasty chia pudding for up to 5 days.
First, a review of the basics:
A little time and water (or milk of choice) are all this mix needs. Simply hydrate your mix, stir, and leave it in the fridge to bloom.
Steps to chia pudding bliss:
🥣 Pour Chia Pudding Mix into a bowl
🥣 Add 2.5 cups of water or your favorite milk (For a thicker pudding, add less liquid)
🥣 Whisk ingredients for 3 minutes
🥣 After 30 minutes, whisk again for 30 seconds
🥣 Refrigerate overnight
🥣 Separate into sealable food storage containers (up to 6)
Once your chia pudding is prepared and divvied up into portions for the week, it's time to get creative! Below are some of our favorite Chia Pudding meal-prep recipes to help get you started.
